Optimum handling and high availability with low wear and tear
IBG has developed its own needle gripper which, thanks to its compact and simple design, is ideally suited to the handling of flexible fibre composite material. Based on standard components, the needle gripper guarantees high availability with low wear. Its design allows the needles to be inserted symmetrically and optimally between the fibres.
The use of needles with a small diameter means that even the finest fibres can be gripped - without destroying them. This also prevents the fibre structure from shifting. The IBG needle gripper can be customised according to your requirements and is therefore ideal for CFRP processing and CFRP handling.
